This Biodiesel Processor system includes a Methoxide Mixer, Reactor, Ion
Exchange Dry Wash and a proven Methanol Recovery system engineered by
some of the top professionals in the industry. ALL tanks, pumps, piping, valves are made from 304 Stainless Steel to ensure no corrosion!
This system will be capable of making finished biodiesel in 8 hours.
So within a normal workday you will be able to produce 200 gallons of
finished biodiesel! With this system you can alternate batches, this
will produce 100 gallons every 3 hours!
